Designing your perfect garden is a process which develops in stages. It is very important for the designer to see the space and meet with you face to face.
The designer can not only undertake garden design and drawing work but also planning, survey, planting and site managing. It all depends on your particular requirements.
An initial meeting on site between designer and client. The designer gathers all information about the site and the clients expectations necessary to prepare the brief, which will be the basis for all the design works.
On acceptance of the design brief the designer organises the garden survey – unless provided by the client.
The concept plan with mood boards and 3D visuals are presented to the client showing the style of the proposed design, planting and landscape solutions. This stage does not contain finalised plant choices and materials.
Once the concept plan has been accepted, the master plan is delivered. This is a detailed plan drawn to scale. It contains all the elements and specifications necessary to construct the garden and a written specification to describe the designer's thoughts in full detail.
The designer is involved with the entire build process to make sure everything is delivered as agreed and planned. Any additional services, if required, will be quoted in advance and charged as extra.
