Daniel Morgan Oates - Director

Dan started landscape gardening while he was at school. He grew up in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside which inspired him to start a career creating gardens and outdoor living spaces. Dan is a graduate of Pershore College, one of the top horticultural colleges in the country. He started his landscape gardening career in Herefordshire before moving to London to work for a well respected landscape gardening company in West London. After a few years gaining experience and knowledge working in and around London Dan went on to set up his own landscape gardening company.

Dan is an expert in interpreting designs for hard and soft landscaping and has built award winning gold medal gardens at the Chelsea Flower Show over the last three years.

Dan's eye for detail and commitment to customer service has gained him an excellent reputation with his clients.

Anna Pawlowska - Garden Designer

Anna has had a strong connection with gardens and nature from childhood. She grew up in the countryside, where her parents had livestock and a small vegetable plantation. She has always been an active, outdoor person with an arty soul and skills. That’s why she has decided to further her career by becoming qualified landscape architect. She graduated University of Warmia and Mazury in Poland with master engineer landscape architect degree.

Her organisational skills, curiosity and world exploration took her to number scholarships abroad (Hungary, Portugal, Ukraine), where she learned about garden culture and cultural differences between the countries. She was then drawn to England, the land of great garden reputation.

Anna joined Morgan Oates Ltd. in 2013 where she started as maintenance team leader. She quickly advanced to maintenance manager and then garden designer and office manager. She is now responsible for garden design and soft landscaping projects. She has had the privilege to put her stamp on a number of Chelsea Flower Show designs, where she also worked on site making sure that our company delivered the best possible service for our client.

Anna’s design has been selected as one of five best show garden designs for APL at BBC Gardeners’ World Live 2019.

Our Team

The Morgan Oates landscape team are friendly, experienced and professional. Our team operate with the utmost respect for your home while carrying out the (often messy) tasks involved in landscape gardening. Our site foremen are on hand to oversee your project and ensure that health and safety standards are met at all times. They ensure our sites are kept clean, tidy and organised to ensure projects run smoothly. Noise is kept to a minimum where possible.
