Cheltenham Town House and Garden

Re-development of a four bedroom arts and crafts town house and garden in Cheltenham. House works included stripping out old floors, full rewiring and plumbing, wall movement with structural steel inserted, decoration internal and exterior, new oak flooring, bespoke kitchen install, bespoke fitted cupboards and book shelves, new staircase balustrades, new mains services to property, fitting new steel doors and windows.

Design and build of a working garden for a keen gardener. Installation of a garden office, silver birch woodland walk with low growing grasses, large raised oak sleeper fruit and vegetable beds, brick edged crushed stone hogging paths, full irrigation system to front and rear gardens, full mood changing lighting system, composting and working storage area, paving to rear and side of property, preparation of planting beds and planting of specimen trees plants and under planting, redevelopment of front garden with raised oak sleeper planting beds.
